SollusDigest (“the Site”) is committed to full compliance with Google AdSense Publisher Policies and the H5 Games Ads (Beta) programme. This statement explains the provenance of every game we host or feature and the limits of our liability.
Origin of the Games We Host
In-house titles – HTML5 games created by the SollusDigest development team.
Open-source or public-domain titles – Distributed under licences (e.g., MIT, Apache 2.0, GPL) that explicitly allow free web redistribution and ad-supported use.
Third-party commercial titles – Embedded or hosted only after the rights-holder has provided written permission for web distribution and monetisation.
We do not upload, mirror or stream:
Any game that is exclusive to native mobile app stores (e.g., Google Play, App Store).
Games delivered via unauthorised APIs, cloud-streaming endpoints or similar methods that circumvent the publisher’s distribution controls.
Content protected by DRM that we are not licensed to redistribute.
Use of Google-Approved Technologies
SollusDigest implements Google’s official H5 Games Ad Placement API within gameplay sessions and follows all requirements for ad labelling, reward disclosures and user experience laid out in the 2025 H5 Games Ads policies. Ads are shown only where we hold legitimate monetisation rights.

All copyrights, trademarks, characters, graphics and audio assets remain the sole property of their respective owners. They are displayed on the Site under licence, developer consent or fair-use reporting exemptions.
“Unity®”, “Unreal Engine®”, console names and platform logos are trademarks of their respective companies and appear here strictly for identification.
No endorsement or sponsorship by any third-party developer, publisher or platform holder is implied.
Prohibited Uses
Downloading, extracting, re-hosting, reverse-engineering or commercially redistributing any game files or assets from SollusDigest without the rights-holder’s explicit permission is forbidden.
